Flag of New Harmony
The picture of the sun and the moon is there to represent the citizens and how they think the sun and the moon are special. The white represents the peace. The peach represents how there is magic by adding a cross it means it is spread all around.

Education
The education of New Harmony is great. The system they run by is if you are born in between September 2015, for example, and end Of June 2016 that what be your school year. Some students stay behind if they think they are struggling keeping up. The years are split into different classes to make it easier for the teacher. The age range is from the age of 5 to the age of 16. After there last year they find a job they would like to do and if it doesn't work out they can always pick a different one. When a child reaches the age of 15 they have a part time job to see what type job they would like.
Recreation of New Harmony
The citizens have recreation after school or work for 2 hours from Monday to Friday for the children, the children get all of Saturday and Sunday to play as well, and everyday except half of Sunday for the adults. They can go to the playground, walk or fly around the community, hangout with their friends, read a book, write a diary or do what ever they want if it is in the rule restrictions.
Sophie's diary entries.
Dear Diary
My name is Sophie and I am a Fairy. I live in New Harmony, it is the best place
in the world even thought I have only been to a few other communities. I am 9 years old and I am in year 4 at school. My family members include my father, James,
my mother, Stephanie, and my little brother, Buzz. I don’t know why I started writing a diary I just
woke up this morning and was bored so I am now.
A lot of my friends write dairies maybe that are why. I got my magic when I was five and just
starting school because we learn how to control our powers at school. I fly
myself to school every day except for Saturday and Sunday because there is no
school. Today is a Saturday and I have
to do my homework otherwise I will have to do volunteer work, so goodbye.
Sophie xoxo
Dear Diary
Today was my
brother's second birthday so he got his wings.
I don’t remember when I got my wings but when I saw his appear on his
back it was wonderful all our family were there celebrating his birthday with
him. The present I gave him was
something I made myself not with magic but by my own hands, it was a terribly made
card. The party was the most fun. Everyone was dancing along to the music. People were eating the fairy cakes that mummy
and I made, they looked delicious. After
the food and dancing everyone gathered in a circle and sang the anthem 3 or 4
times, I can’t remember how many because I was too busy singing. We sung the anthem because we worship the sun
and the moon. They make up everything
night and day and help us live.
Write to you soon
Sophie xoxo
Food and Cuisine
The cuisine of New Harmony has is a wide range, but nearly all is Greek. It is salads, seafood, soups, simple side dishes and stews which use all the freshest ingredients from land and sea to create highly appetizing and healthy cuisine. All the desserts are to die for with fresh fruit yogurt and cheese cake that is spectacular.
Economical system of New Harmony
The economical system in New Harmony is that everyone lends a helping hand. To buy food from the food shop it is different every month each adult gets a certain amount of small coins which can only be used at the food shop to get food of their own taste. The fairies make their own clothes and furniture by using magic which means everyone can chose their own style so no need for shopping. So all they need is coins.
Here is a Picture of the coins:

Laws and Punishments
The Laws are quite strict but some of them are not forced as much as others.
Laws of New Harmony:
Laws of New Harmony:
- Every citizen must be home before 7:30pm every day and gone by 8:30am
- No steeling, killing or lying
- All work(homework, assignments and projects) must get done
- School and work hours are 8:45am - 4:45pm from Monday to Friday.
- From the age of 12 till the age of 16 each citizen must volunteer on Saturday for 2 hours.
- No citizen is allowed out side the community unless it is required by there career.
- All fairy dust must be accounted for.
- No one can break off anthers wing(s).
The punishment are not as hard, but if you kill or steel you will be locked up and if you rip off someones wing(s) the person loses there magic and so will you. If you break any of the other laws the punishment is community work such as helping out at the school or working at the shop.
Transportation in New Harmony
The transportation is fairly simple since they are all fairies, but there is other modes of transport. Another mode of transportation would be by cart they carry around heavy or big goods, but the fairies can still take them as transportation. Fairies usually get round by flying but they are most of the children are not ready to really fly till they are at least 4. Most of the parents hold the little ones while they fly and drop them off at school, but some go in the carts with the children.
